The sushi chef’s work in the sushi restaurant is very hard. The sushi chef gets up very early to go to the fish market to get fish for sushi. After that, he makes preparation to for sushi in the restaurant. His work is not only to make sushi but also to use his body. Thanks to them, we can eat delicious sushi in the sushi restaurant.

寿司屋で寿司を握ってくれる職人さんの仕事は大変です。朝早くに魚市場に行って新鮮な魚を仕入れます。その後店に戻って寿司の仕込みを始めます。寿司職人の仕事は寿司を握るだけでなく、体力を使う仕事もあるのです。おいしい寿司を食べれるのはこういった寿司職人のおかげでもあるのですね。
